Rate- $45/HR 

Design/prep work in studio or onsite work 

Daily Design Rate 

Im your right hand woman! Need me for more than a few hours, no problem! All yours and ready to rock and roll. 

Day Rate-$350.00 

In studio/onsite design work up to 8hrs 

Additional hourly rate is $67.50 per hour after 8 hours.

Strike

Need support after the celebration ends? 

Rhythm & Blooms offers strike services for florist and event teams. We handle the breakdown, carefully collecting vessels, florals and decor. Making teardown effortless and stress free.

 

Small Event Strike

$250 Flat Rate

Best for: Elopements, intimate weddings, dinner parties, showers and single room events

  • Up to 1 Hour on site
  • Up to 15 miles
  • Up to 10 floral pieces
  • Simple single room-break down
  • Collection and removal of florals, vessels, mechanics and decor
  • Thorough clean up and venue coordination

Add Ons:

  • Additional Mileage-$0.75/mile
  • Additional Time Billed-$65/HR


Standard Event Strike

$350 Flat Rate

Best for:Most weddings and medium sized events

  • Up to 2 hours on site
  • Up to 20 miles
  • Breakdown of multiple event spaces (ceremony + reception)
  • Teardown of large floral installations, arches and ceremony structures
  • Collection and removal of florals, vessels, mechanics and decor
  • Thorough clean up and venue coordination

Add Ons:

  • Additional mileage-$0.75/mile
  • Additional time-$65/hr

 

Large Event Strike

Starting at $450

Large Scale events and custom installations are quoted individually. Most projects range from$450-$900+

Best for: Large weddings, luxury events and extensive installations 

Includes:

  • Up to 3HRS on site
  • Up to 25 miles of travel
  • Complete event breakdown across multiple spaces
  • Teardown of large floral installations, arches and ceremony structures
  • Collection and removal of florals, vessels, mechanics and decor
  • Thorough clean up and venue coordination

Add Ons:

  • Additional mileage-$0.75/Mile
  • Additional time-$65/HR
  • Multiple vehicle loads are quoted on a case by case basis

*Mileage beyond what's listed will be an additional charge of $0.75 per mile

If your event requires additional crew members, extended teardown, overnight pickup, multiple delivery locations. We're happy to provide a custom quote tailored to your event.
